What we build

Specific things. Done well.

Web Applications

The interface your customers actually use. We build in Next.js, React, and whatever the problem demands — not whatever we already know best.

Next.js · React · PostgreSQL · Stripe · Edge functions

// Optimistic updates. Zero jank.
await mutate(data, { revalidate: false })

Mobile

React Native when cross-platform makes sense. Swift or Kotlin when it doesn't. We won't upsell you the wrong stack to pad scope.

React Native · Expo · iOS · Android

// One codebase. Two stores.
export default Platform.select({
  ios: IOSComponent,
  android: AndroidComponent,
})

AI Integration

Not "AI-powered" — actually wired up correctly. We integrate Anthropic and OpenAI APIs into real workflows with proper context management, fallbacks, and cost controls built in.

Anthropic · OpenAI · pgvector · RAG pipelines · LangChain

const res = await anthropic.messages.create({
  model: 'claude-opus-4-8',
  max_tokens: 1024,
  messages: thread,
})

Backend & APIs

FastAPI, Node.js, authentication, payment processing, third-party integrations. The boring infrastructure done correctly so you stop thinking about it.

FastAPI · Node.js · Stripe · Auth · REST · GraphQL

@router.post("/checkout")
async def create_session(
  body: CheckoutBody,
  user: User = Depends(get_user),
):
    return stripe.checkout.Session.create(...)

Data & Analytics

ETL pipelines, dashboards, real-time analytics. You can only improve what you can measure — so we make sure the measurement is accurate and fast.

PostgreSQL · ClickHouse · dbt · Metabase · Redis

SELECT
  user_id,
  date_trunc('week', created_at) AS week,
  COUNT(*) AS events
FROM events
GROUP BY 1, 2
ORDER BY 2 DESC

Systems Design

Architecture reviews, technical due diligence, scaling plans. We've seen what happens when these decisions get deferred — and we've cleaned up the aftermath more than once.

AWS · GCP · Docker · Kubernetes · architecture reviews

Red Express

Red Express

Emergency blood-donor matching that a blind user can run end to end.

Patients post an urgent blood request and nearby donors of the right group are notified to accept or decline. Staff work the phones from a CRM to reach donors and retire unreachable numbers. Accessibility was a build constraint, not an audit: every control is labelled for TalkBack and VoiceOver, and every state change is announced.

Majestic Press

A laundry and pressing business run from one app and one admin panel.

On-demand pickup and delivery for localities in Odisha. Customers book from an Expo app with OTP login; the owner manages the catalogue, pricing and orders from a Next.js admin with an audited order state machine. 164 backend tests, containerised, with CI and over-the-air app updates.

Embifi

Embifi

Vehicle rentals for drivers, from onboarding to collections.

Operations platform for Embifi Rentals. A driver app for check-ins, documents and payments; a Go backend handling GPS tracking, credit checks, payment schedules and notifications; and a Next.js dashboard for managing drivers, vehicles, orders and spare parts.

How we work

Excavate

We dig until we understand the actual problem — not the described one. Most briefs are symptoms. The real work is finding what's underneath before we prescribe anything.

Architect

We design the system on paper before touching a keyboard. Decisions made in the planning phase are cheap. Decisions made in production cost three sprints and a post-mortem.

Build

Fast iterations. Real deploys. No 'it works on my machine.' We ship to staging early so surprises surface while they're still small problems.

Harden

Code review, load testing, monitoring, documentation. The work most agencies skip is the work we spend the most time on. That's not accidental — it's why our projects stay running.

Software is not a deliverable. It is a decision you will live with for ten years.
